CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President Marigrace Sinnott-Snooks.

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION
There was no one present in the audience.
PRESENTATION OF TENTATIVE 2020-2021 BUDGET AND BUDGET FORECAST
The administration presented the tentative budget along with an analysis of revenues and expenditures projected for 2020-2021 with comparisons to previous years. A budget forecast was presented which included long-term projections for revenues, expenditures and fund balances. Questions were asked and answered and discussion ensued regarding particular items.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion was made by Harry Tannehill, seconded by Joe LaChica, “To adjourn the Special Meeting." Upon roll call, the vote was as follows: Aye: LaChica, Waldrom, Sinnott Snooks, Tannehill, Pierce, Zaker. The motion carried 6-0 at 6:40 p.m.
