8. Financial Report of the Assistant Superintendent of Finance/CSBO
*a. Ratify the September 25, 2020, September 30, 2020 and October 15, 2020 Accounts Payable Disbursement Journals. Approve the October 30, 2020 Disbursement Journal.
*b. Ratify the September 25, 2020, October 09, 2020 and October 23, 2020 District Payrolls.
*c. Subject to review of the Board at the next regular meeting, The Board will be asked to approve the payment of the following:
1. Recurring expenses, including but not limited to items such as utilities, employee benefits, professional services, supplies, and expenditures related to state and federal grants, for which nonpayment before the next regular Board meeting will result in the assessment of a late payment penalty and/or interest; and
2. The November 2020 District employee payrolls, as determined based on existing teacher and employee contracts, and verified hours worked by the end of the applicable pay period.
*d. Acceptance of the Statement of Position for the Month Ending September 30, 2020.
e. Approval to donate Arbor Park School District 145 decommissioned assets to St. Damian Elementary School of Oak Forest, Illinois as identified in the October 26, 2020 Asset Panda report.

Closed Session: To discuss matters of appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, collective negotiating matters between the District and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees and litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular District has been filed and is pending before a court of administrative tribunal, or when the District finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the closed meeting minutes.
