Emailed public comments received will be read during the “Public Comment” portion of the hearing by Howard M. Coppari, the Community Development Manager.

1. Chairman’s Comments.
2. Mr. Coppari will present his 2020 ZBA Annual Report, his 2021 Long Range Agenda, and his 2021 ZBA Hearing Schedule for next year.
