Vaccine Availability for Chicago Ridge Residents 16 and Over
Cook County Health is allowing Chicago Ridge Residents to get direct access to vaccine appointments. Please contact the Village Hall at 708-425-7700 to schedule your appointment. There is limited availability, so call us now!
*Please note that we will need your name, date of birth and telephone number to schedule.
