Village of Chicago Ridge issued the following announcement on Apr. 20.
The Cook County Department of Public Health has partnered with organizations who can provide in-home vaccination to those who qualify.
To qualify for this program, you must be 65 or older or have a disability or use adaptive equipment (like a ventilator, crutches, a walker or wheelchair) AND be unable to leave your home because it is too difficult and live in Suburban Cook County.
