Painting of base of the Nike at the Oak Forest Park District. Joe contacted Tom Ceska and asked him about painting base. Tom does not want to detract from the missile with a flag, but maybe a solid base or red, white and blue stripes. Tom will take picture and render some ideas to me.
How many people are available to march in Midlothian parade?
