On July 19, Jaime Birks purchased a home at 12836 S. Ada St., Calumet Park from Ted Moulin, Richard Fuller (estate) and Richard Fuller (deceased) for $65,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $532.46, 0.82% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, eight properties sold in Calumet Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections,

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
