The four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 905 Warwick Drive, Matteson was sold on July 26 by Ladonna and Cris Allen for $345,000. The buyer was Felecia Staggers.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $12,698.63, 3.68% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $295,500 on Jan. 7, 2010.

This property is one of 30 sales so far in Matteson in July 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cris Allen has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries. LA Donna N. Allen has been registered to vote since 2010 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
