On July 22, Meagan Hauser purchased a home at 10825 Laramie Ave., Oak Lawn from John R. Jenner (trust), Mark John Jenner (trustee) and S. Jenner Diane (trust) for $270,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $4,527.82, which is 1.68% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 120 properties sold in Oak Lawn.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, John R. Jenner has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 10825 Laramie Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Diane S. Jenner, 77, and John R. Jenner, 79.
