On July 30, Maty Kathleen Rogers (trust), Viwa K Rogers Rall, H. Rogers Thomas (trust), Thomas H. Rogers (trustee) and Mary Kathleen Rogers (trustee) purchased a home at 14315 S. Blue Spruce Court, Orland Park from Moreen L. McNitt (trust), Renay Hughes Kaas (trustee) and L. McNitt Moreen (trust) for $345,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,114.40, 1.77% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 9, 1997. It last sold for $260,000.

So far in July 2021, 165 properties sold in Orland Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Noreen L. McNitt, 85, was the only registered voter residing at 14315 S. Blue Spruce Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
