The three bedroom, three bathroom home at 7514 W. 62nd St., Summit was sold on Aug. 26 by Anthony Di Crescenzo and Veronica Leticia MacIas Diaz for $203,500. The buyer was Ma Celsa Flores.

This home last sold on Jan. 7, 2019 for $179,000.

So far in August 2021, seven properties sold in Summit.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Anthony A. Di Crescenzo has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 7514 W. 62nd St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Salvador Horta, 48, Anthony A. Di Crescenzo, 40, Yolanda B. Martinez, 58, Ruben Curiel, 54, Abiel Salvador Horta, and Hilda Hernandez.
