On Aug. 25, Ruben Benitez Puebla purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 7533 W. Douglas Ave., Summit from Michael B. Martens for $240,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $9,202.93. This is 3.83% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, seven properties sold in Summit.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael B. Martens has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7533 W. Douglas Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joe F Vela, 41, and Michael B. Martens, 55.
