On Aug. 25, Michael and Erin Marie Magstadt purchased a home at 42 Ramsgate St., Palos Park from Joy E. Adams (trustee), Craig Adams and Joy E. Adams (trust) for $760,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $14,683.66, 1.93% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 15 properties sold in Palos Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joy E. Adams has been registered to vote since 1991 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and seven Republican Primaries. Craig H. Adams has been registered to vote since 2005 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 42 Ramsgate St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Scott A. Adams, 34, Joy E. Adams, 61, and Craig H. Adams, 72.
