On Sept. 1, Jessica Mroczek and Patrick Cleary purchased a home at 1857 186th St., Homewood from Barbara M. Weitzel (trust), Joseph B. Weitzel (trust), Joseph B. Weitzel (trustee) and Barbara M. Weitzel (trustee) for $260,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,733.33, 1.44% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, six properties sold in Homewood.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joseph B. Weitzel has been registered to vote since 1991 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1857 186th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Barbara M. Weitzel, 73, Kristen Weitzel, 45, and Joseph B. Weitzel, 74.
