2129 215th Place, Sauk Village purchased by Bernardo Perez-Cortez and Cecilia Olvera

On Sept. 9, Rhonda, Gary, Timothy, Laura, William B. and Terry West, Richard Paul West (estate), Richard W. West (deceased) and Laura Guttenfelder sold their home at 2129 215th Place, Sauk Village to Bernardo Perez-Cortez and Cecilia Olvera for $118,000.

So far in September 2021, five properties sold in Sauk Village.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Richard P. West has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2129 215th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Richard P. West, 89, and Linda H. West, 80.
