DRIVEWAY REQUEST – 7810 W. 123RD PLACE (HOLUBIK)
The contractor was present. The request included 2 parts. Part 1 is to install a new driveway and add 2 feet to the east side of the driveway to match the existing apron. Part 2 is a side driveway. According to Chris Kransberger, Part 1 of this request is under the 30% required. Part 2 is essentially a driveway leading “nowhere” and is not allowed by code.
