1) REQUEST AND DISCUSSION TO AMEND CHAPTER 12, LICENSES, PERMITS, AND BUSINESS REGULATIONS, ARTICLE I, IN GENERAL, SECTION 12-12, WHEN MORE THAN ONE LICENSE REQUIRED. TRUSTEE NAVA-ESPARZA would like to petition the Board to allow up to 2 licenses for home based businesses per residential address. Would like a consensus from the board so that the attorney can draft a new ordinance to be voted on at the next Village Board meeting.
