Village of Evergreen Park President and Board of Trustees met November 15.

Here is the agenda as provided by the board:

I. CALL TO ORDER: by Mayor Burke at 7:30 p.m.

II. ROLL CALL: by the Village Clerk.

III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: by Trustee Olson.

IV. OPEN PUBLIC FORUM: Members of the audience are invited to participate. Be prepared to state your name and address, for the record, and please limit your comments to a maximum of 3 minutes

      1. Approval of Minutes: November 1, 2021.

      2. Request Board approval – Zoning Board of Appeals meeting minutes, dated November 9, 2021 – Midwestern Career College 9730 S. Western.

      3. Request Board approval – Traffic Safety Commission meeting minutes dated November 8, 2021.

      4. Board action on Resolution No 2-2022.

      5. Board action on Applications for Business Regulation Certificates.

      6. Request Board approval Resolution(s)

            A. RESOLUTION NO. 8-2021, “A RESOLUTION DIRECTING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND SUBMIT THE SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT AND ANY AND ALL ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR 2021 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM YEAR AGREEMENTS WITH THE COUNTY OF COOK, ILLINOIS PROJECT NO. 2107-017 – INFRASTRUCTURE – 2022 CDBG SEWER LINING PROGRAM.”

VI. ADJOURNMENT: The Open Meeting Act provides for public bodies to meet in session closed to the public to discuss certain subject matters. No official action can be taken at a closed session; therefore, any decision reached by the Board will be ratified at a subsequent public meeting.

      To facilitate closing this building during the continued meetings, we would appreciate your vacating the Council Chambers in a timely fashion.
