Village of Alsip Board of Trustees met Sept. 13.
Here are the minutes provided by the board:
Mayor Ryan called the meeting to order at 10:03p.m. Clerk Harding called the roll with the following in attendance: Trustees Murphy, McLawhorn, Juarez, Dalzell, Nava- Esparza, Perretta, and Mayor Ryan.
MAYOR' S REPORT: 1) Approval the (RFP) Request for Proposal as submitted by HRE Real Estate Services, to perform property management services at the Village owned Heritage One & Two apartment complexes, as described in and at the rate presented in the RFP submission on 8/30/2021. The final contract will be looked over by the Village Attorney. 2) Approval to award a contract to the low bidder, Abbey Paving & Sealcoating Co. Inc., for the bid amount of Five Hundred Twenty- Three Thousand Four Hundred Six Dollars and Fifty Cents ($523,406.50) for the repair of curbs and replacement of all Village Properties asphalt as outlined in the (RFP) Request for Proposal' s received by the Village at the 9/7/21 Board meeting.
PUBLIC FORUM: No one was present.
PRESENTATIONS PETITIONS, COMML7NICATIONS: None were given.
REMOVAL OF ITEMS FROM CONSENT AGENDA: There were no items removed, but items A. and B. were each voted on separately.
CONSENT AGENDA

Motion by Trustee McLawhorn to Approve Item A as presented; seconded by Trustee Juarez.
Roll # 1: Voting" aye": Trustees Juarez, McLawhorn, Nava-Esparza, and Mayor Ryan. Voting" nay"; Trustees Dalzell, Murphy, and Perretta. Motion carried 4-3.

Roll # 2: Voting " aye": Trustees Dalzell, Juarez, McLawhorn, Murphy, Nava-Esparza and Perretta. Motion carried 6-0.

ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Trustee Dalzell to adjourn and; seconded by Trustee Perretta. All in favor; none opposed. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 10: 06 pm.
