• MOTION: To authorize the Village of Justice to opt in and participate in the settlements of nationwide opioid litigation against the three largest pharmaceutical distributors, McKesson, Cardinal Health and AmerisourceBergen and against one manufacturer, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and its parent company, Johnson & Johnson and to authorize Attorney Gary Perlman to execute all participation and settlement documents on behalf of the Village of Justice.
