Report: Evergreen Park School District spent $14,381 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Evergreen Park School District 124 was up 1.4 percent from five years ago, according to the South Cook News analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Cook County school district spent $14,186 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $14,381 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment rose from 1,792 to 1,892 students over the same period.

Evergreen Park's spending in 2019-20 was 0.8 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
