Report: Lemont School District spent $18,720 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Lemont Township High School District 210 was up 0.7 percent from five years ago, according to the South Cook News analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Cook County school district spent $18,590 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $18,720 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment fell from 1,384 to 1,378 students over the same period.

Lemont's spending in 2019-20 was 29.2 percent higher than the state average of $14,492.
