Location of death: 4021 N. Odell Ave., Norridge

Died from:

-Primary cause: acute hypoxemic respiratory failure, PNEUMONIA, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: congestive heart failure; asthma; rheumatoid arthritis

64 year-old black female

Location of death: 610 E. 89th St., No. 1, Chicago

Died from:

-Primary cause: acute respiratory failure with hypoxia, PNEUMONIA, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; congestive heart failure; hypertension; obstrcutive sleep apnea

78 year-old black female

Location of death: 5670 W. Lake St., Chicago

Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: hypertension
