-Primary cause: acute hypoxemic respiratory failure, PNEUMONIA, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: obesity; atrial fibrillation; hypertension

48 year-old white female

Location of death: 5244 Grove, Skokie

Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: rheumatoid arthritis; obesity; hypertension; diabetes mellitus

63 year-old white male

Died from:
