Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: hypertension, diabetes mellitus, congestive heart failure, and atrial fibrillation

88 year-old white female

Location of death: 9098 W. Harris Drive, Unit 2K, Niles

Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: hypertension, diabetes mellitus

85 year-old black female

Location of death: 6720 S. Cornell Ave., Apt. 912, Chicago

Died from:

-Primary cause: acute respiratory distress syndrome, COVID-19

90 year-old white female

Location of death: 1301 Lee St., Des Plaines

Died from:

-Primary cause: COVID-19

-Secondary cause: chronic kidney disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, hypertension
