On Dec. 30, Michael and Michelle Cooper purchased a home at 1355 Poplar Court, Homewood from Wilmington Sav Fund Soc FSB (trustee) and Residential Credit Oppor Trust V.-D for $225,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,365.44, 4.16% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $275,000 on May 10, 2007.

So far in December 2021, seven properties sold in Homewood.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 1355 Poplar Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dilsie L. Smith, 62, Rita A. Brown-Smith, 29, and Rita a Smith, 29.
