Cook County Sheriff shares thoughts on Twitter

Cook County Sheriff tweeted the following:

"Last week, while driving in Justice, one of our Deputies noticed a man standing in the cold who appeared to be confused. Deputy Clemmons tried to speak with the man who was unable to respond. The Deputy knocked on doors trying to find out if the man lived nearby with no success."
