41 year-old white female

Location of death: 4034 S. Rockwell Ave. Third Floor, Chicago

Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: hepatic cirrhosis due to chronic ethanolism; congestive heart failure

82 year-old white male

Location of death: 6850 Ridge Point Drive, Unit D, Oak Forest

Died from:

-Primary cause: acute hypoxemic respiratory failure, PNEUMONIA, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: atrial fibrillation; coronary artery disease; congestive heart failure

87 year-old white female

Location of death: 505 N. Lakeshore Drive, Apt. 184, Chicago

Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: valvular heart disease; atrial fibrillation, breast cancer, hypertension, hypothyroidism

70 year-old white male

Location of death: 355 E. Erie St., Chicago

Died from:

-Primary cause: acute hypercapnic respiratory failure, PNEUMONIA, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: coronary artery disease; heart failure; diabetes mellitus; chronic kidney disease; hypertension
