On March 14, Elisha Shade Wright purchased a home at 17212 Country Lane, E. Hazel Crest from Joanne L. Karwowski (deceased), Richard A. Karwowski (executor) and Joanne L. Karwowski (estate) for $145,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,360.03, which is 1.63% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in East Hazel Crest as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 17212 Country Lane, E. Hazel Crest as of Oct. 10, 2020: Anne L Fregeau, 95, and Paul D. Fregeau, 60.
