"Our Sheriffs Work Alternative Program (SWAP) allows for non-violent offenders to perform community service for municipalities, govt agencies, & not-for-profit orgs. Supervised by Sheriffs deputies, SWAP crews perform a variety of public projects. For more info: (773) 674-0715."
