ZC #22-016 15325 Leclaire Avenue Mueller Residence – 2nd Garage Variation: PUBLIC HEARING - The applicant requests review and recommendation of approval of a variation request to allow a second garage and such other and further zoning relief as may be required in the R1 - Single Family Zoning District at 15325242 Leclaire Avenue. Letters to the neighbors were sent out for a June 15, 2022 meeting. The Daily Southtown didn’t process the legal notice. This item will be moved to the July 6, 2022 meeting.
2. DR# 22-004 Bremen Township Addition – Design Review: PUBLIC MEETING – The applicant requests review and approval of a Major Design Review Permit at 15350 S. Oak Park Avenue in the IB – Institutional Building District in accordance with Section 11-505 of the Zoning Ordinance for an addition to an existing building.
