Village of Evergreen Park Board of Trustees met July 18.

I. CALL TO ORDER: by Mayor Burke at 6:30 P.M.
II. ROLL CALL: by the Village Clerk.
III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: by Trustee McQuillan.
IV. OPEN PUBLIC FORUM: Members of the audience are invited to participate. Be prepared to state your name and address, for the record, and please limit your comments to a maximum of 3 minutes.
V. TOPICS FOR BOARD DISCUSSION AND ACTION ONLY:
1. Approval of Minutes: June 20, 2022.
2. Board action on Resolution NO. 17-2022 & 18-2022.
3. Board action on Application for Business Regulation Certificates.
4. Request Board approval of Mayor’s appointments for committees and commissions for 2022-2023, including recommendations for part-time, special and auxiliary police.
5. Request Board approval of the following Ordinance(s):
A. ORDINANCE NO. 13-2022, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF EVERGREEN PARK APPROVING A REAL ESTATE SALE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 9516 SOUTH HOMAN AVENUE, EVERGREEN PARK, ILLINOIS.”
B. ORDINANCE NO. 14-2022, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF EVERGREEN PARK APPROVING A REAL ESTATE SALE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE JACOB’S WELL COMMUNITY CHURCH PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3450 WEST MAPLE STREET, EVERGREEN PARK, ILLINOIS.”
6. Request from Most Holy Redeemer Church for a Parish Carnival to be held on July 21 through July 24, 2022.
7. Request from residents of the 9800 Block of Campbell to remove permit parking only signs.

VI. ADJOURNMENT: The Open Meeting Act provides for public bodies to meet in sessions closed to the public to discuss certain subject matters. No official action can be taken at a closed session; therefore, any decision reached by the Board will be ratified at a subsequent public meeting.
