Ordinance # An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of Taxable Tax Anticipation Warrants in anticipation of the collection of taxes levied for the year 2021 by the City Council of the City of Harvey, Cook County, Illinois, for corporate purposes, directing the County Treasurer and ex-officio County Collector of The County of Cook, Illinois, to deposit amounts collected from said taxes directly into a fund held by a tax escrow agent and authorizing the sale of said warrants to The County of Cook, Illinois.
