"Our anti-carjacking sticker allows you to inform carjackers that you have preemptively allowed law enforcement access to your cars location in the event of a carjacking. This enhanced level of protection is worth the 2 minutes it takes to fill out a form: cookcountysheriff.org/cartrackconsent"
