"While on patrol in the @ChicagoCAPS15 last night, our investigators took into custody the driver of a stolen Hyundai after he struck another vehicle & fled w/ a handgun. The driver did not have a valid drivers license, FOID card, or CCL & was charged w/ multiple offenses."
