CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Landek called the Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview to order at 12:00 pm, on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
PLEDGE
Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present:
Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson and Struzik
Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Police Commander Case, Acting Fire Chief Grzadziel, HR Director Pannaralla, Building Director Struzik and EMA Deputy Director Kraft
2023-M-26 APPROVE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 1, 2023
Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of March 1, 2023. Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 4 - Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson
NAYES: 0
ABSTAIN: 1- Trustee Struzik
There being four affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-27 APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE TO FILL VACANCY OF TRUSTEE MARY SUTTON
Motion by Trustee Cecott and seconded by Trustee Higginson to Approve the Appointment Of Gary Lewis As A Village Trustee To Fill The Unexpired Term Of Trustee Mary Sutton at 12:04 p.m.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5- Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson and Struzik
NAYES: 0
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
* Trustee Gary Lewis appointed at 12:04 p.m.
2023-M-28 NPDES MS4
Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Cecott to approve the Annual NPDES Public Hearing Regarding Large Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4).
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6 Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik and Lewis NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED

2023-M-29 RESOLUTION 23-R-05
Motion by Trustee Cecott and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve Resolution No. 23-R-05; A Resolution Of The Village Of Bridgeview, Cook County, Illinois, Authorizing The Execution Of An Application For The Invest In Cook Program.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6– Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik and Lewis
NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-30 BILLS PAYABLE
Motion by Trustee Pticek and seconded by Trustee Lewis to approve the bills payable as of March 15, 2023.

Motion by Trustee Pticek and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the 2023 Auditing Service Agreement Between The Village Of Bridgeview And Gw & Associates.

2023-M-32 RESOLUTION 23-R-06
Motion by Trustee Pticek and seconded by Trustee Struzik to approve Resolution 23-R-06; Authorization Of First Bank Chicago As An Approved Depository For Certain Short-Term Cash Balances Set Aside For Investment By The Village Treasurer And The Taking Of Certain Actions Related Thereto.

2023-M-33 ORDINANCE 2303
Motion by Trustee Struzik and seconded by Trustee Lewis to approve Ordinance 23-03; An Ordinance Granting A Special Use To Allow The Operation Of A Truck Mechanical Repair Shop On The Property Located At 8800 South 77th Avenue, Bridgeview, Illinois.
