CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Landek called the Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview to order at 12:00 pm, on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
PLEDGE
Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present:
Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson and Struzik
Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Police Commander Case, Acting Fire Chief Grzadziel, HR Director Pannaralla, Building Director Struzik and EMA Deputy Director Kraft
2023-M-26 APPROVE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 1, 2023
Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of March 1, 2023. Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 4 - Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson
NAYES: 0
ABSTAIN: 1- Trustee Struzik
There being four affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-27 APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE TO FILL VACANCY OF TRUSTEE MARY SUTTON
Motion by Trustee Cecott and seconded by Trustee Higginson to Approve the Appointment Of Gary Lewis As A Village Trustee To Fill The Unexpired Term Of Trustee Mary Sutton at 12:04 p.m.

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Cecott to approve the Annual NPDES Public Hearing Regarding Large Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4).
