CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Landek called the Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview to order at 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
PLEDGE
Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present:
Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis
Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Police Chief Mancha, Acting Fire Chief Grzadziel, HR Director Pannaralla, and Building Director Struzik.
2023-M-56 APPROVE MINUTES OF MAY 17, 2023
Motion by Trustee Baste and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of May 17, 2023.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, and Lewis NAYES: 0
ABSTAIN: 1 - Trustee Struzik
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-57 APPROVAL OF SERVICE AGRREMENT
Motion by Trustee Pticek and seconded by Trustee Higginson to Approve the Prevent Advisors LLC Service Agreement.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6- Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-58 ADJOURN
Motion by Trustee Higginson and seconded by Trustee Pinion to Adjourn to Executive Session to Review Previous Executive Session Minutes and Audio Tapes.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6- Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
