Village of Bridgeview Board of Trustees met July 5.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

CALL TO ORDER Mayor Landek called the Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview to order at 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.

PLEDGE Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present:

Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis 

Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Police Chief Mancha, Acting Fire Chief Grzadziel, HR Director Pannaralla, and Building Director Struzik.

2023-M-66 APPROVE MINUTES OF JUNE 21, 2023 

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of June 21, 2023. Upon roll call, the vote was:

AYES: 6- Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis 

NAYES: 0

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2023-M-67 STANDING COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS 

Motion by Trustee Higginson and seconded by Trustee Pinion to Approve the Standing Committee Appointments.

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis 

NAYES: 0

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2023-M-68 APPROVE JOC PROGRAM 

Motion by Trustee Baste and seconded by Trustee Pinion to Approve the F.H. Paschen General Contractor JOC Program.

Upon roll call, the vote was:

AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2023-M-69 APPROVE MFT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT 

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Struzik to Approve the MFT Maintenance Agreement with Novotny Engineering Regarding the 2023 Street Repaving Program for the Village of Bridgeview.

Upon roll call, the vote was:

AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2023-M-70 ADJOURN 

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Pticek to Adjourn the Regular Board Meeting of July 5, 2023. 

Upon roll call, the vote was:

AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
