8. Motion to approve payment to Big Tent Events in the amount of $23,911.72 to advance the payment for the ultimate cost to be lowered by sponsorship and vendor fees.

14. Motion to approve payment for professional engineering services with RJN Group, Inc. for the 2023 Sewer Rehabilitation Design and Construction rendering through July 28, 2023, in the amount of $8,376.67.

15. Motion to approve additional professional engineering services with RJN Group, Inc. for the 2022 Sewer Rehabilitation Design and Construction Service not to exceed the amount of $9,900.00.
