Like her previous attempts at business (which included bounced checks, failure to pay rent, and contract canceled by community college) and politics, (which includes the confiscation of police license plates she illegally used) this one appears to be failing at everything she touches.

The Illinois Secretary of State lists the “Tiffany Henyard Cares Foundation” as “not in good standing” for its failure to file its annual report.

The Internal Revenue Service does not list this foundation as having filed its annual tax reports either.

The Illinois Attorney General’s Charitable Trust Bureau stated this foundation has never registered with them, as required under state law in order to solicit or accept donations in the state of Illinois.

Keith Freeman, who works for both the Village of Dolton and Thornton Township, is the person responsible for this failure.
