Village of Bridgeview Village Board met Feb. 7.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview was called to order by Mayor Landek at 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. 

PLEDGE Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present: 

Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. 

Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Officer Klein, Fire Chief Grzadziel, and HR Director Pannaralla.

2024-M-12 APPROVE MINUTES OF JANUARY 17, 2024 

Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of January 17, 2024. Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

A public hearing regarding the 2024 budget began at 7:02 p.m. and was opened to public comments. No public comments were made regarding the 2024 budget. Therefore, the public hearing concluded at 7:03 p.m. 

2024-M-13 APPROVE IDOT AGREEMENT 

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Pticek to approve the Intergovernmental IDOT Agreement involving IL 43 (Harlem Avenue) over US 12/20 (95th Street). 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2024-M-14 APPROVE IDOT AGREEMENT 

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Struzik to approve the Intergovernmental IDOT Agreement involving IL 43 (Harlem Avenue) from 78th Street to 90th Street. 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2024-M-15 ADJOURN 

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Pinion to adjourn the regular Board Meeting of February 7, 2024. 

AYES: 6- Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
