a. Motion to approve payment to the Williams Architects in the amount of $5,471.77 for schematic design and development, reimbursables and unit billing items for phase 1 of the Pool Project.
b. Motion to approve AIA Document B101-2017 agreement between Williams Architects and City of Palos Heights for the Pool Improvement Project. This agreement will be used in conjunction with Williams Architects signed Letter of Agreement.
c. Motion for the purchase of a Transit Van for the Recreation Department through the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative from Currie Motors Commercial Center in the amount of $59,436.00.
d. Motion to purchase design, materials, freight and installation labor supervision for waterslide from Splashtacular as part of the pool project in the amount of $137,532.00.
e. Motion to approve seasonal washroom cleaning services from Sertoma Star Services from April – October 2024 in the amount of $900.00 per month.
