CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview was called to order by Mayor Landek at 12:00 pm, on Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
PLEDGE Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present:
Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis.
Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Police Chief Mancha, Fire Chief Grzadziel, and HR Director Pannaralla.
2024-M-47 APPROVE MINUTES OF APRIL 17, 2024
Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of April 17, 2024. Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, and Struzik. NAYES: 0
ABSTAIN 1: Trustee Lewis.
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2024-M-48 APPROVE ACS SERVICE AGREEMENT
Motion by Trustee Baste and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the service agreement between the Village of Bridgeview and ACS.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2024-M-49 APPROVE ORDINANCE NO. 24-07
Motion by Trustee Struzik and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve Ordinance No. 24-07; an ordinance granting special use to allow the operation of an automotive repair shop on the property located at 9010 South Beloit Avenue, Unit C, Bridgeview, Illinois.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Pticek to adjourn the regular Board Meeting of May 1, 2024.
