William "Bill" Shaw, born July 31, 1937 in Fulton, Arkansas

William "Bill" Shaw was born on July 31, 1937, in Fulton, Arkansas, before eventually relocating to Dolton, IL. Growing up in Dolton, Shaw became actively involved in community affairs and dedicated himself to improving the quality of life for its residents. He worked tirelessly to address local issues, serving on various committees and boards aimed at promoting economic development, education, and social welfare. Shaw's commitment to his community earned him respect and admiration from his fellow citizens, who recognized him as a steadfast advocate for their interests.
