1. Motion to approve a redevelopment agreement between the city of Harvey and T.K Construction Builders INC.
This motion authorizes the City of Harvey to enter into a redevelopment agreement with T.K Construction Builders LLC to redevelop the land located on 15920 Center Ave.
2. Ordinance # _______________ An ordinance amending chapter 10 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic) and title 2 (“City government and administration”) Chapter 2-20 (Administrative adjudication system”) of the Harvey municipal code of ordinances.
This ordinance will amend the administrative adjudication system by adopting the standards set by the Illinois vehicle code. After passage of this ordinance all moving violations in the City of Harvey will be heard and adjudicated locally.
3. Resolution # _______________ A resolution authorizing mprovements under the Illinois Highway Code.
This resolution ratifies the use of Motor Fuel Tax funds used in 2008 to improve local roads from 147th Broadway Ave to Park Street in the amount of 205,876.81.
4. Resolution # _______________ A resolution ratifying the Installment Agreement by and between Jerry Valadez and the City of Harvey (Cook County Cir. Ct. Case No. 2024 L 050022)
This resolution ratifies the settlement agreement between the City of Harvey and Jerry Valadez from a workers compensation claim filed in 2014.
