12. Motion to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) for technical assistance service for the Pavement Management Plan project with a local contribution in the amount of $4,000.00.

13. Motion to direct the City Attorney to draft a Master License Agreement between Zayo Group, LLC and the City of Palos Heights for the use of the City’s right-of-way for the installation, operation and maintenance of an underground fiber optics telecommunications system.

14. Motion to approve payment to Superior Road Striping Inc. for the striping west of Harlem Ave in the amount of $14,667.80.
