May 2023 was in the amount of $24,521.20.
Notification from the Department of Transportation that the MFT collected in the month of
May 2024 was in the amount of $16,668.03 the amount collected in the month of
May 2023 was in the amount of $16,291.07.

Award the Kostner Avenue 30” Outfall Sewer Cleaning and Televising project to National Power Rodding Corp. the low bidder of $16,200.00 on the recommendation of the City Engineering firm, Hancock Engineering.

Notification that a Building Board of Appeals was held on October 16, 2024 at the request of Donna Cooke of 8863 Ryan Road. Ms. Cooke’s siding permit for a color change was denied.
The Building Board voted 4-1 to allow for the color change of the siding.
Move to approve or deny the color change that the Building board approved.
