C. Approval of renewal with ICRMT, with a $300,000.00 self-insured retention, for workers compensation premium of $459,178.00.

A. Approval of Resolution 2024-11-0464R appointing Paul Ruane as the successor Local Government Director of the South Suburban Land Bank & Development Authority.
B. Approval of Ordinance 2024-11-1050O Class F Liquor License for MIRA313 Corporation dba 7-Eleven #33838B at 4901 W. 167th Street.
8. Public Works
A. Approval of proposal from Colfax Corporation for both asbestos abatement base bid and the air sampling alternate bid in the total amount of $41,617.00.
B. Approval of amendment no. 3 to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) and the City of Oak Forest for pedestrian access improvements to the Oak Forest Metra Station.
9. Citizen Participation: The Oak Forest City Council invites public comment at its meetings, but it generally does not have the ability to provide an immediate response to some questions raised during the Citizens Participation portion of a council meeting without some reasonable opportunity to review them. Therefore, the City Council encourages questions to also be submitted in writing in the event that they need to be referred to City staff to help assure a more thoughtful and informed response. Individual comments are limited to three (3) minutes.
