Direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance upon the request of Raed Al Hamza, Drive Motors, Inc. for a Special Use to permit used auto and truck sales with no repair of any type allowed on premises, this includes body work and painting. Also cars may only be parked in fenced in blacktop area on premises and will follow all EPA guidelines, State of Illinois and Village of Crestwood codes, as well as, the outside of the building and surrounding area need to be clean and maintained on the premises of 14201 S. Cicero Avenue, Crestwood, Illinois 60418.
B. Direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance upon the request of Fadi Amrah, A and A Premises, for a Special Use to permit a Body Shop, Mechanic Shop and Used Car Sales business with minor work of brakes, alternators and starters with no oil changing, engine work or tire repairs on premises of 13436 S. Cicero Avenue, Crestwood, Illinois 60418
