Village of Bridgeview Board of Trustees met Nov. 6

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview was called to order by Mayor Landek at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. 

PLEDGE  Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present: 

Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Struzik, and Lewis. 

Roll Call indicated the following Trustees absent:  Trustee Baste. 

Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Fire Chief Grzadziel, and Human Resources Director Pannaralla. 

2024-M-113 APPROVE MINUTES  OF OCTOBER 16, 2024 

Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of October 16, 2024. Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 5 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Struzik, and Lewis. NAYES: 0 

ABSENT: 1 - Trustee Baste. 

There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED

2024-M-114 APPROVE REVISED SEIU CONTRACT 

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Struzik to approve the revised SEIU Public Works Department Labor Contract. 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 5 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Struzik, and Lewis. NAYES: 0 

ABSENT: 1- Trustee Baste. 

There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Higginson to adjourn the regular Board Meeting of November 6, 2024. 

2024-M-115 ADJOURN 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 5 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Struzik, and Lewis. NAYES: 0 

ABSENT: 1 - Trustee Baste. 

There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
